The new academic year has started quite promisingly for the ΜediaRefugees team with actions, initiatives and new research collaborations. An important part of these and forthcoming actions is based on the results of our two- year research project. In September we had the pleasure to present our work at the 8th European Communication Conference. At the same time, we have started a new very interesting collaboration with the Heinrich Boll Institute. Also, ΜediaRefugees, has strengthened its extroversion and became a member of the “Media and Migration in Europe” network.  So we move on by keeping at the core of all these initiatives our ongoing interest in the evolution of the immigration issue in Greece, by taking into account the structural changes in the European and global level.
